Wow!! What a gem!! Everyone was super friendly. The shuttle was efficient and prompt. The lobby vibe and decor is very nice. The restaurant food and staff were lovely. And the room was quite spacious and especially so by European standards!

The airport shuttle was timely. The check in staff very helpful. Bar staff excellent! Free drinks and a small snack really helped after travel. The room was clean and beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel is suitable for business and families.

I rate this hotel as just OK. The decor is fun and trendy. Staff is kind and helpful. The hotel is generally clean, yet a little battered. There’s a diverse breakfast buffet. You can arrange a free shuttle to the airport. But the general state of things that matter to a guest who just needs a good night’s sleep and a shower before traveling is just meh. The TV we never used randomly turned on in the middle of the night, leaving us completely unrested. The shower was just OK. There was no hairdryer in the room and the one we had to obtain from the front desk did not work at all. If the hotel focused more on it’s main purpose, it could reach a 5 star rating.

Clean room, breakfast very good and well serviced. Check in was slower than should have been (at 12:30am) and I was told I needed to pay city tax when Expedia clearly states all fees and services are included in price.
