I arrived on November 24, 2005. Soon after going into my room, a man knocked on my door saying that he was from amenities. I said that i had not ordered anything. He knocked a second time, and I stated again that I had not ordered anything and to go away. This man then opened my door and entered my room. I yelled at him to get out. I called the front desk, who had the general manager call me. The general manager agreed that an employee should not have entered my room without permission. I want to be clear - the issue is that this male employee was told TWICE to go away, and decided to ignore the wishes of a female hotel guest and enter her room anyway. This is disgusting behavior, a violation of privacy and a complete disregard for the safety of women.

Great location!! In walking distance to many great restaurants and the ferry building. Friendly staff and excellence customer services. Public transportations was easy to get to from the hotel. Will stay there again for sure.

The hotel is pretty and staff are courteous, but its just a terrible location to have access to anything not on premises and parking is difficult, even though there is a parking garage. If Sky City’s limited attractions or casino is not the purpose of travel, its not ideal.

The room was lovely. We got in late due to a cancelled flight and the staff was great. They got us in the room quickly and recommended a place to eat. The room was comfortable and the checkout time worked great with our schedule.

Hotel was in a great location, and unit was clean and well equipped. My only complaint is that we were misdirected by the concierge as to the location for picking up the airport shuttle. As a result, we missed our scheduled shuttle. I wrote to the hotel about this issue, with no return response.
