Inaccessibility on website, wouldnt answer my questions. Booked me for 3pm when i wanted to book for 3am. I got to reception early morning, non-negotiable no refund policy, which i felt showed a lack of remorse. Gagan said the best they could was allow me to put back check in time from 3pm to 12pm, but it would cost $20 for every hour = 60. And while gagan was explaining this to me he was smirking, which i felt was extremely unprofessional, immature and cruel. I will not come to this hotel ever again.

Quick 1 night stay before leaving to the airport the next morning. Easy to get confused as the place is right next to Kiwi Motel. Shuttle to airport was easy. Ample space for our luggage.

I had a quiet and comfortable stay in a queen room. The shower was very good. The customer service at this hotel is excellent. I had to contact them before my stay and they were quick in replying with good info and friendliness. At the hotel, the chap checking me in was friendly and helpful - many thanks for the late checkout. The yellow airport bus is free if you stay here. I highly recommend this hotel for somewhere to stay near the airport and it would also be a great place for people visiting Ambury Regional Park.

The airport shuttle was a bit confusing as it stopped at a different stop to what the instructions said, but that’s ok, we managed to get on after a 40min wait. The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and the bed was very good to sleep in.

The room did not match the photos, the room was filthy with mold and hair on everything, and bugs flying around. It didn’t look like anyone had cleaned the room in ages. The staff were rude about it when I talked to them about it. Honestly looked like a completely different hotel as the listening. We checked out before our second night because the conditions were so bad. When I did the staff blatantly denied it being a problem and said it had never been an issue before. But their reviews say otherwise. They refused any kind of compensation, saying all they could offer us was a different room, but after seeing their lack of standards a new room wasn’t going to fix anything.
