This is my third stay in the hotel, so I’m very fond of it (location, staff, room size) and usually recommend it to others. Two shortcomings this time round - (1) we were in a room on the first floor bar the street noise was an issue (we stayed on the 3rd floor last time and it was less of an issue). (2) the breakfast was a highlight a few years back and is now not so much (food was plain, not so filling, only regular filter coffee…). I suggest a better seal to the rooms and to reconsider breakfast (at a minimum - add espresso, Greek coffee, or frappe…).

We had the Acropolis Loft room which was modern, well maintained and had a lovely terrace with views to the Acropolis. Breakfast was well organised and plentiful each morning. Staff were delightful and friendly.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was large, had a lot of mirrors so multiple people could get ready at the same time. It is in a very lively area with many restaurants and bars. From my limited experience the Greek people (at least some of them) like to stay out late and sing. If you are a light sleeper ask for a room in the back or away from the street. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at the urban suites. The location is spectacular right in the middle of all the activity. The hotel is spotless. Service is wonderful. I would stay there again easily. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Everything you need from a hotel.

This was our 3rd time staying at this property, this time we brought our grown kids. As usual, we were not disappointed. Spacious, clean rooms, tasty breakfast, super kind & helpful staff. The location is great. Area can get a little lively at night, but we enjoyed the fun. Highly recommend!

The hotel was in a great location, the room was nice and very clean, and the staff was attentive and helpful. There is lots to do within walking distance. The only downside was the noise at night from nearby bars and restaurants.

Excellent location. Close to many dinning options and shopping. Walkable to Plaka, Monastiraki square, Syntagma square and Acropolis. It was fun to walk around the streets near by. Close to metro. Delicious homemade breakfast spread and very kind welcoming staff. We happened to notice this was a women operated hotel and since this was our girls trip, it was a nice touch to stay in a cozy women operated boutique hotel. Loved their massage . Felt very safe and secure.
