Very close to major attractions and restaurants. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooftop restaurant has amazing views of the Acropolis and Temple of Zeus. I would definitely stay here again.

Really glad we stayed here. The staff was amazing and gave us our inclided breakfast when we arrived as our flight was too early the next morning. The food was very good. The room was impecably clean. Walking distance to many sites and shopping. I would stay here again

Rooms were small, just large enough to walk around the bed but with good sized bathroom with plenty of room. Very soft and very comfortable mattress. No AC. Fan only blows warm air, even when set on fan only. Noise from the main road is very loud on the street side but the view from this side is great and the noise is slightly noticeable on the opposite side but the view is non-existent. The shower head is good for people under 6 ft. The breakfast is one of the most comprehensive "free" breakfasts I have ever had. The staff are very kind and helpful everywhere in the hotel. Within walking distance of the acropolis area. Very convenient!

This is a great hotel with fantastic staff. The restaurant (which I would advise booking so you get a view of the acropolis) does fantastic food. The shrimp pasta was a highlight. We had a 7 night stay to fully explore Athens. The hotel is nicely located for walking around the city within easy distance of metro lines. We’ll be back!!

It was incredible staying at Athens Gate...we had breakfast every morning at the rooftop restaurant with a view of the Acropolis... the food was fresh and even dinner at the restaurant at night was incredible. The rooms were always spotless. It was a perfect stay!
