Romantic accommodation in Ascot

Breakfast was included, tasty and good value. Room was large and clean but rather sparse, plenty of room for sofa or armchairs but none available also no hand towels, out of stock apparently

Lovely stay, my room was perfect and the staff were exceptional.

Everything was good/ great, the swipe cards and the elevators reduced my experience. Swipe cards were unreliable in the elevators, at least one elevator out of service daily, all three broken down for 2 1/2 hours at dinner time, with me stuck on floor 10 making me seriously late to a dinner meeting. Swipe cards only worked occasionally to enter my room, up to 3minutes of repetitive trying before entry was granted. Fix this and I would have rated 4.5 - 5 Stars

Good location, service and staff. Property manager, Rahul was very helpful.

We really enjoyed the hotel and the staff are great 💕

The rooms were clean, the staff were decent. One of the elevators was out of order and the other was extremely slow with a lot of traffic.
