small room, but clean, good air con and great location

The staff were lovely. They greeted us as soon as we went in for check in. The room is clean, pjs are comfortable. Onsen was lovely. Wifi was fast. The room was big and had seats. It was a lovely stay and close to everything. Laundry washing machine is free to use. The dryer is not. Water bottles can be received from counter. Water dispenser there isn’t one. There’s free coffee in the ground floor.

The breakfast was great. Since we were up early, we could start off the day with a good breakfast at 630am, many places don't open until 10am. Your only option for breakfast/coffee would be 711 or similar, or Starbucks. There are so many shops and restaurants nearby!

This hotel is conveniently located next to some great shopping areas so ideal if you’re looking to pick up clothes, souvenirs or gifts. Slightly further away from the metro than most other hotels (about a 10 min walk) but didn’t affect us. The hotel itself is great, rooms are spacious, welcome drinks are offered each day for free and staff are friendly. We were given a smoking room which was the only downside as we are non-smokers and the room absolutely stank of smoke/cigarettes. When we notified staff of this, there were no alternative rooms available but they did make attempts to remove the smell (this didn’t do much but you could see they tried)
