Room was spacious and staff were very helpful with our requests. The hotel was very clean and we appreciated the water bottles provided daily. Coffee machine in lobby and laundry in building were convenient. A short block to 7-11 and 10 min walk to the subway. A lovely neighbourhood to stay in.

It is a very clean and quiet place with a coffee machine in the lobby. The staff members are very professional, polite, considerate and patient. They will answer whatever questions you may come up with. A lady with good English skills was trying to meet me at the nearby 7-11 before my arrival. She also called a taxi for me to go the closest train station entrance with an elevator service. They only thing is that it takes about less than 15 minutes to get to the Asakusa station. If you have big luggages you might want to call a taxi, which was what I did. Room size is snug, but it is typical in Japan, especially in that very touristy area. In general, if I travel again to that area I will pick this place again without hesitation.
