Amenities are great. Internet access was perfect to work from home. Smart TVs for the older teen, comfy beds for all, pool access was a definite bonus especially for the six year old. Nice walking path and gazebo. Marina is accessible and walkable. Owner of the condo is responsive and helpful. The condo was great. Oh! Call the Waterside Marina ahead of time to coordinate a slip rental or if you want to rent a boat.

This was our first experience with a floating house, we have rented houseboats on other lakes in the past. It's like a bigger, nicer houseboat and you don't have to worry about generator fuel. lol. The jumping deck and slide kept the kids entertained nicely. The covered sitting areas were a blessing in the afternoon sun or when a rain shower would blow through. We had one little hiccup with access, but the owner and manager had it rectified before I could make my second trip to get the rest of our stuff from the car. Overall a great experience!
