The parking situation was confusing with what we were told by hotel staff and what was posted in the parking garage. Other than that, the property was good but average compared to other hotels in this price range. Good but nothing special. The staff at check in were very nice and explained the parking situation after a few questions.

Visiting UT so it was close to campus. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Only thing I didn't like was the tub shower vs a regular walk in. I didn't ask to change rooms but I bet they would have accomdated me if I had asked.

rooms are showing wear and tear. very dark and not much lighting. the room was clean and the staff was fantastic. valet staff super on top of it too. Starbucks in the hotel lobby is a huge plus.

Parents Weekend At UTK

Went to see my son for parents weekend with my mother. We loved the hotel staff. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The place looked great and everyone was very helpful. We loved the live music and the hotel restaurant,bar, and Starbucks. The beds were very uncomfortable and we couldn’t figure out the tv remote controls. We will return.

The elevator has not been properly functioning for a few months now and this leads to extended waiting. I arrived on a Friday and when I left on a Sunday there was the same trash in the waiting area by the elevator of the floor that I was staying on. My room was not to the level for what I paid, it was dusty, the restroom door was in disrepair, overall disappointing for a Hilton property. The valet was great and did a good job!

Great property and staff. Kelly at the front desk was awesome. The restaurant needs a little work on customer service. Beware of the Starbucks coffee shop. Typical Starbucks employees who don’t like conservative people. Especially the guy with the tattoos of birds on his arm. I have reported him to corporate Starbucks.
