Check in was easy, the walk yo disney was about 15 minutes or so each way. Disney parking was on $35 bucks so we just drover over there and then had access to the car when we needed a little break from the crowds.

Great hotel!

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and I totally love it. It is reasonably priced, great staff, very manageable. I wish the parking was cheaper, but that is really all I can complain about! I will definitely continue to stay here.

Well first off it’s $30 to park your car there overnight second there was a homeless drug addict in person wandering the halls that tried to assault us in the elevator and staff just said oh yeah he was in earlier. Let me go see if I can find them again, third the key cards didn’t really work on the doors. We had to go down twice to get our key card to work and forth. The pictures are really not a good depiction of the subpar quality of the rooms in the property

Anything around Disney upcharges everything. Be prepared to pay for things that are usually included in your hotel stay when you are not staying near Disney. Parking is very expensive, breakfast is not included. Also, they have a shuttle to the park but it also costs more money. So you have to pay to park and to shuttle. Some other hotels near Disney include a shuttle. The main issue I had was that they assigned us to a room that guests were still in, then they gave us a new room and key. Then our second key didn't work so we went back down and there was a different employee and they told us we were not assigned to a room. They gave us free breakfast for the inconvenience which I appreciated. We left an item in the room. We called lost and found for 3 days with no reply before the front desk explained we had to file on the website. Then it took 2 weeks before we heard back from that. Overall it just didn’t feel worth the price. I would choose another hotel for a future Disney trip. I chose it based on previous positive Holiday Inn stays but it didn’t measure up to expectations.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I have stayed here before will continue staying here again. There was a slight smell of sewer every so often this time around. Room was clean and comfy.

The hotel is right next to the Disney taking lot. Amazing location if your looking to be super close and/or walk from the hotel to about paying parking at Disneyland because here it’s completely free. I also opted for the $16 breakfast because kids eat free so it’s a no brainer. They had all the basic things so it was nice no amazing but simple and easy. I would absolutely stay here again.
