Dirty!! This hotel made us itch! Dirty carpets, stained toilets. Hard dry towels. Elevators took forever!! The area is very loud. Lots of nicer hotels around the area.

They had fire alarm testing and I would’ve never booked this location if I had known that. It really interrupted us during our stay. Also the water never got refilled at the front desk even though I had ask on two seperate days

The hotel is walking distance to Disneyland - about a 15 minute walk (20 min max), it's located behind the parking structure and also close to Disney District. I felt safe walking back to the hotel throughout my stay, this included walking back alone at 2am after a Disney After Dark event. The hotel overall is great, clean, and have kind staff. There's a small convenience market (think airport convenience store) that have microwavable food, snacks and drinks. Only issue I had during my stay was that my key cards would not work, it would take multiple attempts to get the door to unlock, even after getting them replaced at the front desk. Aside from that I'd definitely stay here again should I make another Disney trip

We had a great time! The pool areas were fun. The distance to didney was a very easy walk. The location felt very safe. The room was just fine. Some fixtures seemed a bit worn, but i felt like it was clean - especially areas that mattered most: the bathroom and shower were very clean, the beds and linens were very clean. The beds were comfortable. The curtains are only okay. Not a great blackout, but fine at night. I really appreciated the fridge and microwave, as well! I would stay here again.
