Hotel was great and convenient but the restaurant wasn't that great. The house salad I ask for vinegar and oil and they gave me oil with too many pickles and croutons. The catelloni pizza didn't have any sauce on it and it was dry and half the items in it were not heated or cooked so there was no flavor to the pizza . It needed pizza sauce or marinara sauce.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The reception staff were professional, friendly and helpful at all times. We were fortunate enough to have an upgrade to a junior suite at the front of the hotel, and this made my husband’s birthday even more special. The location is perfect, close to the train station and numerous bars and restaurants. We would certainly stay at this hotel again.

Staff all very friendly, lobby smelled great! The room was a great size. Loved having coffee, tea and fridge in room. Bed was great (king) we liked there was no cover sheet they just get tangled. Pillows could be a bit better. We asked for extra which made it better. Bathroom door slammed. These are minor complaints. Stay was excellent! We would stay again 😊🇨🇦👍

We absolutely loved our stay here. Staff was very friendly and is fluent in many languages, which is impressive. Ms Miriam and Ms Nada at reception checked us in and checked us out a week later. They gave us lots of information about the surrounding area which was very helpful. The hotel breakfast was exceptional and well worth the cost. I will absolutely stay here again on our next visit!
