The front desk team were absolutely fabulous. They were fun informative and made the stay exceptional. I’m sorry I don’t have their names but one was the GM and the other a front desk lead. Would recommend the hotel to travellets who enjoy a unique place full of great vibes.

The property is well located being convenient to transportation and within walking distance of many restaurants and points of interest. We found the room to be very small everything seemed very close together.

Stay in Amerstam!

Overall, it was great. The AC does not get cold enough but we found that to be the case in most Hotels in Europe! In room coffee was great, on site restaurant and bar was great and it's centrally located.

Very nice Hotel in the heart of old Amsterdam. I enjoyed my stay and found the location perfect to take a quick walk to the grocery store down the road. I could pick up a freshly baked croissant for a euro at Albert Heijn. They also had a coffee shop just as you entered. The police would be lined up at 7:00am to get their coffee.

Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Check in / out very efficient. Hotel is situated central a 10 minute walk from train station. Very clean hotel and buffet breakfast was lovely. Can’t fault this hotel again. This was my second visit and will stay again. The staff made my stay very welcoming.
