Weird smell in the room and what looks to be mold or mildew on the walls. Room 202. Unhappy with condition of the room.

No tv, channels didnt work, very noisey and cold room with drafty window, whne asked to move room was dedlined, matress under sheet was stained also. Woman was lively night gentleman was rude.

Hotel was clean and in a very good area! Front Desk Agent was very friendly and accommodating. Room wasn’t the biggest but overall it was clean. Area was very good, close to the museum, Heineken experience and a grocery store. Overall would stay again.

Situated in a really convenient location very close to the Heineken Experience and a metro station. It only takes about 5 minutes on the metro to Amsterdam Centraal Station. I stayed in a single room on the 3rd floor which was very basic and mostly clean (there was a couple of stains on the bedroom carpet but they were barely noticeable.) It was ideal for just me. Staff were helpful and it had some kitchen basics that guests could use near the reception desk. I also briefly met the hotel cat near the reception which was a joy for me.

Great location and hotel

Great location, close to the metro that is just one stop away from Amsterdam Centraal and hotel is right beside the Heineken experience. Within close walking distance to many shops, restaurants and the Albert Cuyp Market. Very helpful and friendly hotel staff, comfy bed and good shower in room. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
