Really good vibes. Kinda "rustic" and a little run down looking, but it kinda went with the chill vibe. Clean, cafe was nice, there was always some type of event happening, but it didnt disrupt us. Definitely would stay here again

Great hotel

Bed was very comfortable and room had plenty of space for 2 people. Room had a mini fridge and a small safe. A desk and clothes storage. Nearby enough to Muiderspoort trams and trains for travel.

We had a great short stay at the Q-Factory. Room was clean and comfortable and we slept well. Staff were friendly. Great location with public transport links. The building was tidy and well kept. Don’t expect a traditional hotel because this ain’t it. The place is also a music venue with studios and offices, and it was buzzing with lots of people. Nice atmosphere. We would stay again.

This hotel has false advertisement. In it's description it stated that the rooms were sound proof. That was a lie. We checked in and could hear the person next to us snoring and their TV. In addition the rooms in the pictures don't show the whole truth. The walls were filthy, the floor was concrete with a singular filthy rug. The balcony is shared with no lighting or camera which makes it feel unsafe. Other reviews have stated they've eeven had thefts from entry by the balcony. We checked out as soon as we found a new place to stay. The front desk person was very understanding of our complaints. He stated staff has tried to talk to the owner about the issues but they simply don't care. Luckily he was kind enough to refund our stay. I would avoid this place unless you're at a performance there and need to crash for the night.
