We are not happy with this booking as we paid £600 for this for 5 days which is quite a lot as we wanted a nice hotel we saw the staff clean every room but ours which we aren’t happy about as we felt like our room was avoided for some reason and we aren’t happy as part of the service charge is for cleaning, they came in each day and changed one small towel which was big enough for your hair not body each day still left the bins and everything else in place didn’t even change the bed once in 5 days which I think is ridiculous,the rooms were extremely small which we can’t complain about as we were aware of this before booking but another problem was with the mattress hanging off the bed which caused us to trip over quite a lot which I would say is a general health and safety issue as I fell forward into the cupboards a number of times and but in general the only thing we couldn’t complain about were the reception staff who were lovely and friendly. I would like someone to look at a partial refund as we are not happy at the fact everyone we were aware of staying the hotel had their rooms cleaned and ours wasn’t as we feel this is targeted and unfair as this is a service we pay for included in this price

We recently stayed at the Citiez hotel and it was an incredible experience! The staff was out of this world and the rooms were clean and comfortable! Excellent hotel staff! Next time I travel to Amsterdam, I will definitely stay here!! Atila was the best!

Citiez is a very nice place to stay as the bedrooms are well-designed and comfy and the staff are helpful and friendly. The only things missing in our room was a kettle and soap but other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Bed was squeaky, behind the bed where the curtains were seemed like hasn’t been dusted in years and you can hear everyone through the walls of your room, especially the corridor. No soap provided ( which is a first for me in a hotel) as well as no bin provided. Only saving grace is the staff as they were lovely and the location is very close to local shops and tram stop to get you into the centre in about 25 minutes. Parking is also free with a charge of 10 euro if you’d like to leave more than once and enter again which is alright considering amsterdams prices. I would not stay again willingly, spend a bit extra and get something that isn’t as noisy

Good place to stay

This hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were generally friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the West Market food court nearby for quick meals. There is a tram that runs to Central Station, making it easy to get to museums and other sites close to the center. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would stay again.

The room we had was smaller than the ones in Japan, it was clean but they don’t make up the bed after cleaning, there was a wall on either side of the wall. I booked this from reviews from Expedia, This hotel is a 3/5, there are shops and a supermarket close by. I cancelled my other hotel from the reviews I saw but now I’m regretting it. This is my honest opinion, my wife and I travel a lot, just wanted my honest review out there. Hope it helps others.

Compact and cozy rooms but clean and with excellent transport links to Amsterdam. The area around had a ton of grocery stores and other shops as well. The bike rentals (€15 per day) were also much appreciated.

PARFAIT

Cet hôtel est parfait pour des voyageurs en voiture. Parking gratuit c’est vraiment un plus. Le métro, juste au pied de l’hôtel, est à 30 min de centrale station sans changement. Le personnel est très sympathique et bienveillant lorsque nous avons besoin de renseignements ou de précisons. Un grand merci.

Very Small rooms wasn't prepared for this. hard to find the front door when arriving by taxi s in the shopping center had to walk around with our luggage asking people where the front door was. Price wise was fine but we spent a lot on trams and Ubers as a fair distance from the center of things

Had a great time here when visiting Amsterdam on a girls trip. Staff were lovely, hotel was nice and so was the basic breakfast. The only negative was the size of the room, and they didn't clean our room everyday. Other than that, would highly recommend. Great location a couple minutes work to the tram that goes directly to the city center and the bus goes directly to the airport.

Really amazing hotel love the city themed so fun. Staff are very friendly and helpful!! Pretty great area lots of shops and restaurants really close by, it’s kinda far off from main attractions but the tram stop is about a 2 minute walk from hotel, super easy to navigate. I had a lovely stay, i definitely recommend and would stay again!!
