Easy to find parking

We were very disappointed in our stay. The desk chair in our room was torn and the surface of the side chair was peeling off. They had put a cover over the seat to hide the tears but the back and the arms were cracked and peeling. When we returned to our room on the 2nd day, we found 2 bags of garbage on the floor, garbage laying in the corner that wasn’t ours, dirty, wet towels on the bathroom floor (we had hung ours up after showering) our bed wasn’t made up and they hadn’t replenished the pods of coffee.

Wonderful breakfast, staff and hot tub/pool which was very cold after hot tub use.

The place had a very strong smell of cleaning chemicals, yet it still didn’t feel clean. The bedding, carpet, and overall condition were very old, worn, and unpleasant. It felt like a rundown motel with the Best Western name attached to it.

I didn't try the breakfast would rather go out to a sit down place when on a trip. The room was clean but had a strong chemical smell like a cleaning agent. Bothered my allergies.
