Cheap; Shower wasnt consistent; tv not remote controlled; room had a bad smell to it ie smokers from some time ago. Good - bed clean and well made; good facilities with fridge; kettle; toaster etc...

I could feel (and see) the springs in my bed - the whole bed had a massive curve/dent in it. Property is well past a renovation with botch repairs etc - its dated and run down. Was clean enough though.
