If you are going to stay in Albuquerque especially if you have to be near the hospital. You cannot pick a better Hotel. The front staff was so accommodating. Something we are not used to in this new world. They did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. If you are anywhere near that area and need a place to stay you need to give them a chance. I will not stay anywhere else in Albuquerque from now on.

The toilet would not flush. There’s two of us and I am taking my friend to the hospital for cancer treatments and we cannot use the toilet. Called the front desk and they said well you can either change rooms or will give you a plunger. Quite disappointing not to have a bathroom that worked.

We were there for the International Balloon Festival and everything was excellent! The personnel was very nice and cordial, they had lunch bags for us to take at 4 am! with fruit, bread, cereal bar, yougurt so adequate. Our room was spacious, clean and very confortable. I recommend highly and will return , for sure. Thank you
