The hotel has great amenities including the salt water pool and fitness room. The cafe with food is excellent, especially the weekend buffet. In addition, the location couldn't be better, given that it is adjacent to The Sunnyside Up Cafe and Chilli's. It is also an easy trip to and from the airport. It also has a great vibe with live music on weekend nights. We love this hotel!

I’ve stayed here for work conferences and have always had a good room, so I booked this stay for personal travel thinking I’d get the same. We were put on floor 2 and the room smelled so musty, worse than even a cheap motel. It felt like we were in a dungeon room at the very end of the hallway. I sleep with a cpap and there had to be so much moisture in the air that hardly any water from the humidifying chamber was gone in the morning. I did not request a new room because what we went for was proximity to the shopping mall and I just figured I wouldn’t pay my own money to stay there again. Also we paid for breakfast vouchers and you can choose to eat at either of two different places. Both hostesses seemed to want us to eat at the other location, with one even downplaying the food options as to say the other place would be better. It was so strange.

Nice hotel - rough sleep night

Nice hotel, but we had a terrible experience with an adjoining room that was partying until 3:30am. The security checked with them once, but we had little sleep. The front desk staff did give a small token for the inconvenience, but it was not a good experience.

Fire alarm craziness

Fire alarms went off twice in the night causing everyone to evacuate for no reason. Staff was not present to tell anyone they could come back in when it was safe. Horrible nights sleep.

EV charging is first come first serve, no time limit. Someone plugged into it and left it there all day even though it wasnt charging. They should probably figure out a better way to charge share. Plumbing of the shower was not great and the water built up in the bathtub. HUGE TV in the room, and the A/C worked great!

The stay was great up until the morning. Check out is at 11am, we had the hotel cleaning service open and the enter the 2 rooms that I had reserved while my boys and husband were all sleeping around a little after 8 am. After that we felt rushed and packed everything up and checked out before 11am check out.

The room was old, dirty, worn out. Curtains were dangling off the rod, bathtub had big enamel chip missing, poor water pressure (even on 2nd floor), and the closet is inside the bathroom! The only thing I enjoyed were 2 different front desk personnel: Ivy and Christine--both of whom were very nice. It's not their fault the hotel is old and outdated!

Quick check-in, nice staff. Only thing is that we were not allowed a pullout couch that would have made our stay better. Break fast was good. Carpet is not clean, needs upgrade or deep cleaning.
