The property was very clean and staff very helpful the down side of the property was the funfair outside of our room which we have no information on when booking our stay. So we couldn’t use the balcony to sit out or have the doors or windows open due to the loud music.

Was not advised there was major construction directly below my room. Heavy construction Equipment started at 6.20am and continued all day. I complained to staff each day and through an online message but no remediation steps were taken. No discount or room change was offered. The room advertised as ocean view opened directly onto the busy car park. Very poor value for money

Central location. No real dramas. The lady at reception today, needs to find some common courtesy and a little respect toward us the customer. Were all the same in life. No one is, better than anyone else. Without customers she wouldnt have a job. Even if she did own the place, which I doubt.

I used the hotel as a base for overnight sailing trips in Whitsundays and it’s the perfect location for this being walking distance to both marinas. I was super appreciative of Allison and her team who assisted with all sorts of permutations of luggage storage with early check-outs and late check-ins. It’s also the perfect location for pubs/cafes at Airlie beach as well as the lagoon.
