Breakfast selection was great. Bathroom was nice the cleaninest in room was good . I had no complaints.

In Cincinnati for a family wedding. Many of stayed there and found the rooms very nice, but also nice spaces for us to hang out and enjoy each other. Excellent breakfast choices are a nice bonus

Front desk staff was unfriendly and coffee needs attention if you are hosting a coffee free service make sure it is hot and coffee condiments are stocked regularly.

This hotel is disgusting! Hotels.com you should not recommend this place. It is not as described. Booked an accessibility room and they said they dont have those and when asked why they listed them she didnt know. So we ended up in a 2 double bed room. It was totally trashed and it didnt even have a waste basket. It was a 4 person room with only 3 pillows and they were old and disgusting. Lots of patched holes. Filthy carpet lumpy old beds broken furniture the chair in the non smoking room had a chunk torn out and cigarette burns. No microwave when one was listed on the room i booked. The room smelled terrible. We only got 1 towel and washcloth and they were stained. Told the desk how bad it was and they said "yeah we are working on remodeling but that room wasnt one yet. So why am i paying full price if you know the room is bad? No offer of a discount no apology. Just a yeah we know its bad. And that it should be remodeled in the next year. Save your money and piece of mind.
