Check in was what we expected. Room was clean. Enough towels etc. Could not figure out how to turn of 'you have a message' on phone. Could not get GFCI by sink to work so no night light in or around bathroom. We were there less than 12 hours, so its okay. We have had much worse elsewhere.

Air conditioning on the fritz when we arrived, finally got it working ourselves after multiple calls to the front desk where no one answered the phone. Shower was ICE COLD, no warmth to the water at all 😟

Guy at front desk was super nice. The breakfast wasn't so great and the room definitely smelled like smoke, even the pillows. The lobby smelled smoke as well. The room was pretty clean and everything was pretty quiet but the bed is a bit hard.

Great stay!

Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Easy 20 min drive to downtown Cincinnati. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect place to stay for a concert at Riverbend. It’s 2 exits away (approximately 10 minutes). Our group had a nice time sitting around the pool, even when it rained we were able to sit at a table under an awning and listen to music. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was just what I needed after a night at Riverbend. It does end at 9am, so plan accordingly.

The check in was easy and hassle free. The room was clean , didn’t have towels but when I asked for some they weren’t hard to get from the desk . The area the hotel was in had plenty of shops and restaurants around which was nice . The overall property was nice and quiet . I didn’t have pets but it was pet friendly
