My stay at the Quest was made so enjoyable because of the incredible staff! Mie smoothed out my booking requirements and was always able to pleasantly help with any of my requests throughout the week. The room was always neat and clean. All of the other staff members were always friendly and welcoming! A really pleasant stay!

I was contacted a few days before my arrival about my arrival time, which was 9am. I was told that my early arrival would be passed to the relevant area of the hotel. On the date of arrival, a room was already ready for me at 9am, though the official checkin time was 2pm. I very much appreciate the proactive and customer-focussed attitude of the hotel reception team. With the early checkin, I could have more time enjoying the Adelaide city.

The staff at Reception was very helpful and the property was well maintained. Very conveniently located for public transport. Disappointed tha Foxtel service was not working with air-con a little temperamental to get it right, since batteries in the remote also needed a replacement.
