The property itself is very tired looking and could do with a huge investment to modernise, reception staff were very friendly and the guy at the bar who was taking food orders was great. We paid extra for the basic breakfast on both days and the first day the staff were great, friendly and welcoming, sadly on the sunday the female staff member was completely the opposite, and could do with some customer service retraining. Our room on the 5th floor was ok comfortable and clean, but for some strange reason there was no shower curtain, the glass had been removed on the shower screen and there was no plug on the bath, so when you had a shower the water went all over the floor, the shuttle bus was a bonus, but did fill very quickly at 5 am from the other hotels, maybe a bigger bus or extra service running would help.

Stayed 3 nights in this hotel. No one came to clean the room. Area around the hotel is very shady and doesn’t feel safe for family with young children. We stayed on the 4th floor and the hallway smell like sewage. Only good thing was the room was spacious and beds were decent size for an adult and child.

This is a very nice hotel. The room was a good size (we had two doubles), clean, working refrigerator and Nespresso machine, nice bathroom and good shower products. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but it looked nice. The buffet breakfast was a little expensive but we used it a couple times. Staff were nice also.

Nothing right around the property, but we walked 1/2 mile to a Franprix grocery store. We only stayed one night to be near the ORY airport for our departure. Was excited thinking this hotel had A/C, but it turned out to only be for the hotel itself, not the individual rooms, so whatever they had it set on was way too warm for us. Room was clean and comfortable though. Free shuttle is nice but be aware that it will take about 20-25 minutes since it stops at a handful of other hotels too, not the 5 minutes advertised on the website.
