Standards of welcome and attentiveness are always good at Sofitel but on this occasion of my birthday and our engagement, the attention and care was off the scale. Thank you for making it so memorable, until the next time.

A usual french dish like croissant, cheeses, scrambled egg, ham and sausage, pain du chocolat, pastry, spread and cereals, excellent coffee machine and juices…

Spacious room, lovely hotel, staff are excellent.

The breakfast was amazing. I found the staff very pleasant and helpful.

We stayed here with our toddler and were left very disappointed, mainly because of one serious food safety incident. At breakfast, my wife found a piece of glass in her omelette, which was extremely alarming, particularly as she had intended to share it with our child. Although staff apologised, no one took clear ownership or provided any explanation as to how this could have happened. On our final evening, reception also refused a request for milk for our toddler, saying the kitchen was closed and that it could not be provided even through room service. That issue was minor compared with the breakfast incident, but it added to the sense that staff were not especially helpful or proactive. The glass in the food alone was unacceptable and completely overshadowed the stay.
