The breakfast at €9 per person is great value compared to restaurants close by. The staff are super friendly and the room was cleaned daily. They even ordered our taxi to the train station when we left. Location is perfect as you can walk to everything the area has to offer, close to the metro trains and heaps of eateries and bars Only downside is the rooms are exceptionally compact. We only used the room for a base so it didn’t bother us We would happily stay here again if we come to Paris

The joy of Hotel Terrass was the room, big bath, excellent concierge and breathtaking view of Paris including Eiffel Tower from the top floor. The pain of Hotel Terrass was the lack of help on arrival with cases. Inability to get into room before 3pm after a long flight. Room not made up, on return at 4pm from day out, and had to wait in library for 1 hour.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. It is super close to the metro Pigalle-good for sightseeing. A nice neighbourhood. Only fall back is if you are a light sleeper you can hear floor creaks and water down the pipes but not enough to disturb you! Would recommend for solo budget travellers!

Staff were very friendly, one of the few that know what customer service is. Location was fantastic! Really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms are tiny but that's expected in paris.

My family and I stayed at Montmarte Residence over our Christmas break for a week. The apartment was absolutely outstanding. The hotel staff were fabulous, assisting us in any way they could (eg. Organised taxis for us). They even gave us a gift of macaroons for christmas! The location was right in the middle of Montmatre and in walking distance to everything (the metro was 1 minute walk up the road). We will stay again!!!

Hotel is very central to get about Paris. Metro line ( blue ) station close by ( Blance). Hotel next to the Montmartre cemetery - worth a look. Hotel across road can be noisy on Saturday night. If this could a problem for you ask for a back room when booking. Rooms very comfortable and hotel very friendly and helpful. Free good coffee in foyer.
