Superb location near the Arch Triumphe & Eiffel Tower, if you want access to ALL but not the traffic or be in a very busy area. What's not to like about Paris!!!

The bus and trains were very accessible. Lots of places to eat any meal of the day. The staff was polite and extremely helpful in giving directions to some of the attractions. Only one day there was no hot water but after calling the reception area we had plenty of hot water the next day.

I liked having a small refrigerator and safe. The shower was unsafe as their was no grab bar to use getting in or out. It was a real slip hazard. I booked on Expedia and the price online was less and offered free breakfast. They wanted to charge 17 euros for breakfast.

Ideal central location, walkable to all major sights, but in a lovely quiet street. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, beds comfortable and great having a fridge in the room. The only small downside was the hotel doors are not soft close, so we were awoken with people heading to early flights I assume. Other than that, brilliant hotel and would definitely staff again!!

This hotel was wonderful. I would stay there again! Many restaurants in the area, a short walk to the Trocadero and Eiffel Tower. Easy to access public transportation and groceries just down the block. The staff were very friendly. The room was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Really cozy, convenient and very friendly staff. We enjoyed walking around the Hôtel where there were cute little places to eat. I would recommend this place as a safe, cozy and comfortable place to stay.

Excellent location, warm, friendly and courteous staff, restaurant on property, grocery store next door. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable. The hotel location was ideal, adjacent to the train station. The rooms are extremely small, even by European standards. The staff there really saved the experience, they tried very hard to meet our every need. But there were limited dining options nearby and the comment about dirty is meant for ALL of Amsterdam. It is paper strewn, plastic bottles discarded, lots of cigarette butts left, in general is looks very unkept. Not sure I would return.
