Good location. Room and amenities were good. Staff was excellent, and was very responsive with our problem on the last day. Since the taxi driver could not pick us up in front of the hotel due to road closure, the staff helped us with our luggage to another location to meet our taxi driver.

The hotel location was wonderful. Very close proximity to Metro stations and the Eiffel Tower among various Paris landmarks. The location of the hotel was safe and in a convenient area with mini outdoor cafés and a grocer nearby. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, very fluent in English. The morning breakfast was delicious and fresh; a perfect way to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Paris.
The room we stayed in had perfect accommodations, simple a large spacious bathroom and the beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean, and very quiet/accommodating.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here! We were greeted by a very friendly employee and all the other employees we interacted with were really friendly and helpful as well. The location of this hotel is in perfect proximity to restaurants, picturesque streets and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower! While our room was on the smaller side, I’m learning that’s just a European thing (this didn’t bother my boyfriend at all). I would absolutely stay here again and definitely recommend to others!

The staff were excellent and very kind, courteous and helpful. The room was very clean and house keeping did an excellent job cleaning the room daily. The only feedback that I have is that the location was advertised as being closer to the Eiffel Tower, it seemed a bit further than expected.

I really liked my stay at this property. The staff are very friendly and the location was great to be able to walk to the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel tower. An unexpected bonus was the little grocery store just steps away from the entrance. I would recommend this hotel for value and location.

The hotel was in a quiet and safe area of the city. The area around the hotel had plenty of cafes and restaurants for dining. It was a five minute walk from the effiel tower and approx 15 mins from the river Seine. In the other direction was the arc de triompe approx 10/15 mins walk away and the champs Elysee was perhaps 15/20 mins walk away. There were various metro stops within walking distance too. The hotel offered a fast track registration on line prior to travelling which was helpful and there was also an option to make any special requests. On arrival check in was warm and efficient and room was ready. The room was very compact but scrupously clean. My husband did find the room layout inefficient but he is partially sighted and struggled a bit. Shower was easy to operate and was quite powerful. We did have a problem with our toilet flush but it was resolved as soon as staff were made aware. The room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was buffet style and was great. Plenty of continental choices. The reception staff were helpful with any queries we had and provided a city map. Travel back to the airport was arranged by them on our behalf. There is a lift. The bed was super comfortable and we slept very well. A great place to stay and we would happily recommend.

Arrived late and the concierge was delightful. I requested a single room; it was airy, spacious and clean. Remember to bring your outlet adapter for iPhone, watch etc. I would come back to Paris and stay here. Location was great and the staff helpful and kind.

Armando was an absolute delight — personable, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. He kindly allowed us an early check-in, which was a lifesaver after a long flight and jet lag. The hotel itself was just as pictured: very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location was perfect for a first-time visit to Paris — just a 10-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and 15 minutes in the other direction to the Arc de Triomphe. The Louvre was only an 8-minute Uber ride away. It’s also conveniently close to both the bus and metro, making it easy to explore the city. A lovely and memorable stay — highly recommended
