Serviced apartments in Zona Colonial

Hotel is very nice overall but the standard rooms need renovating. New furniture, better mattresses. I stayed in the balcony room once before and that one was great but this time I stayed in a standard room thinking that it too would be decent. I expected a difference in quality but I did not expect to sleep on a springy mattress that poked my ribs and very old rusty furniture. The bed sheets felt very low quality as well, rough material. I would stay here again but I would stay in a balcony since they obviously put all their money on these rooms. Again, that is to be expected but only to a certain extent.

I always enjoy staying there

This hotel is in an excellent location if you want to tour the colonial zone or does one block from Columbus Park is right on the main avenue is it closed for pedestrian use only. Staff was friendly and nice... The guys at the front desk spoke English

The hotel itself was beautiful. Very unique. My one critique was that I always had to ask for towels. The room was made up, but there were no towels.

The team is great! Thank you to Jimmy the security guard and to Omar at FD and Enrique at the rooftop. It was a great stay.

The location is excellent! The hotel is nice. The staff leaves much to be desired. Great job by Elvin, our bellhop.
