Motel is being remodeled by a local not so experienced group to be upscale from a $70 per night motel. patrons had written their names on the sides of the head boards. One headboard covers the lihgt switch for a one of the reading lights. There were no electrical connections near the sink. And the two several feet away were used by the microwave and the refrigerator (which never cooled down). The safety chain lock to the door was missing. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioner worked well. We were only offered coffee and not told if there was a continental breakfast due to remodeling near the front desk. The Wi-Fi was exceedingly slow so it was not useful for watching YouTube. At the same price point of $100/night including tax and even with the remodeling complete it will be far lower quality that of the Quality in in Chico.

Its a DUMP...!

The place was a dump, filthy room was ugly. It looked nothing like the pictures, it looked more like a flop house for hookers and druggies.

There were people in and out all night being loud and alot of homless people and drug users going in and out.
