Convenient hotel for a stopover traveling through France good car park. Staff were friendly and helpful. Evening meal was the best I had on the whole trip through France and Spain. I would describe it more as a Motel as reception was separate from the accommodation, the rooms were basic on of an open balcony there was a shutter to cover the window for privacy.

Nice clean hotel with very pleasant and helpful reception. It has simple but comfortable amenities and is close to the highway. A good stopover, plus its not far into the centre of Clermont to explore the old city.

Staff was very friendly, especially at check-in & check-out! The hotel is conveniently located near the highway, perfect for a road trip stop-over. The breakfast buffet is good, especially the croissants! :) I would stay here again!

Disappointed Stay

This accommodation advertises to be a hotel, but is just an average motel. Breakfast, dinner is hosted in a separate building. There are no lifts, no assistance is offered to deliver luggage to room. No room service. At breakfast coffee maker was broken, we had to wait 20 minutes for bread to be made available, ran out of scrambled eggs. It took 45 minutes after we had ordered our dinner for our dishes to arrive. Second night, our meat was not properly cooked. When voicing our complaints, All we heard was “Sorry”.

Very good accomodation.

Check in was quick and reception very friendly. The room was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. It's an older hotel but well maintained. The breakfast was very good and worthwhile paying the extra.

Short & sweet

This was our first visit to Clermont Ferrand. Hotel was basic but comfortable & clean. Staff were also nice & the food was good in the restaurant.
