Room was clean on arrival and all staff friendly and helpful on a daily basis. Happy to stop and have a chat Location and proximity to Port Arthur Historic site....outstanding. could almost touch it from our room. Having a restaurant and bar onsite made dinner choices easy. Would happily return.

I had dinner at the restaurant the first night of my stay. I was served by a short slim ladie (i don't know her name). She got my order wrong, which happens, but when I spoke to her about the problem, she was very rude and told me it was my fault she ordered my the wrong dish? The problem was not resolved and I left the restaurant unhappy. I have never bern treated so rudely in all my life, this really did ruin my night.
