Excellent authentic adobe casita
Excellent value for authentic small house. Beautiful bathroom with skylight. Rural setting is with smaller plots, fenced yards, seems safe so need a car. No AC but it’s not needed at night.

Lovely rural cottage
Wonderful and amazing small adobe house, 45 min from Santa Fe. It is a beautiful drive and time passes quickly, with lots of local color and flavor. The property is well maintained, clean, secure, and well organized. There is no AC but it’s not needed with window open at night. Everything is supplied down to extra toothpaste, if you forgot or ran out! It’s better than most hotels. The bathroom is amazing with a beautiful skylight. You will need a car to stay here.

Historic and unique
Overall, a very charming place to relax with simplicity of life. We enjoyed our stay very much. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The property is under some renovation/expansion but it did not affect our stay. Our suggestion would be to clean and tidy up the yard a bit to make the place more comfortable.
Really nicely done suite inside an old adobe house. Still much restoration to be done on the house and property but it is safe and comfortable. Very interesting area to explore. Old world, land grant properties adjacent to the Rio Grande. Host is a great guy and super eager to please.
Found this place when attending an event and the hotel was full. Turned out to be a far better choice. Small, but will you need. Property is quaint and comfortable. Could see returning and enjoying a much longer stay.

Sleeping in a little piece of history
Fred and Tori were very responsive and welcoming. They’ve done a beautiful job renovating a century-old home, providing comfort while maintaining it’s historical character.
Folks staying here should be sure to grab dinner/take out at one of the nearby towns on their way over. Then enjoy a quiet evening in the adobe—all the needed utensils are available, including wine glasses.
