Everything was good. We did have a fire alarm go off and had to evacuate and they were experiencing a leak in the lobby, but the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Pet friendly place with dog urine smell on entire 1st floor. Had to switch rooms because of the intense dog urine smell in our room. They should designate specific rooms only instead of all rooms. It’s not fair to those without pets to endure such a foul strong odor.
Keys didn’t work. Air conditioning was warm. No elevator. Noisy and dirty hallways I won’t be returning. Left a day early it was so bad

Barely got any sleep for 2 nights, the people above me kept making noise. Called the front desk numerous times to complain about the noise. Told the front desk attendant to come into my room to hear the noise.
New property so very clean. A comfortable and efficient room. No pots or pans or anything to make and eat a meal. Everything needs to be purchased or brought with. The free internet is super slow and difficult to connection to.

I didn't like the fire alarms going off so much. No fresh towels were offered or the trash taken out
This property was clean and the staff friendly. I would give it five stars but the room we stayed in did not have a working toilet and they didn’t work that hard to fix it. We were told that if we really had to go, to use the lobby toilet on the first floor (we were on the fourth). No guest should have to run downstairs and wait in line for the single lobby toilet.
I called hotel and canceled the first scheduled night and thought I had the insurance to make changes but I was charged for the 3 nights because I didn’t make the reservation change through Expedia
The hotel was nice but the lady at the desk(Mariana) was rude and very unprofessional. The bed was noisy and the pillows were way too flat. The rest was really nice but it seems like they skimped on something’s to make other parts high.
Absolutely awful stay. To my own fault, I booked a handicap accessible room. Minor inconvenience. However, in my 9 day stay, I had no hot water for 7. Told the front desk 3 different times before they sent repair service. Asked to be moved and they said they couldn't. Couldn't get a refund because I booked through hotels.com. Lessons learned but don't stay here!
Front reception needs to learn how to greet guest. They’re the first person to represent the business, should be greeted with a smile and hello. It’s free to be nice. Each time I approach the desk which was only twice, once to check in and last to check out. The same chick don’t greet/speak with a hello, you have to speak first no good morning, how was your stay, do you need anything etc. she need to work on her customer service because that alone would make me think twice about staying there. The room was very clean(loved this)beds are not comfortable though and the smell in the hallway was TERRIBLE!!!!!!
