Family accommodation in Ybor City

Great location, close to trolley route. Clean and good size rooms.

This hotel is “older” and could use upgrades but for what I needed - it was perfect. I just stayed overnight and used the shuttle to the cruise port. The room was clean, no weird smells, no bugs, and bed was comfortable. I didn’t use shower (showered at home before leaving) so can’t comment on temp or pressure. Breakfast was good, with all the standard hot and non-hot options. All the staff I encountered from night to morning to shuttle driver was great. Shuttle runs every hour from I believe 9am-1pm and is $10 per person. I went at 10am and was there by 10:20am, then on the ship by 11. Good location with plenty of food and shopping options nearby. May not be ideal for a long stay but for a night or few, it’s perfectly fine.

The staff went above and beyond. Rooms were very clean and comfortable!

The AC was an issue. Wasn't cooling, we had to disassemble and clean the fins ourselves

The hotel has a wonderful ambience. The service was fantastic. We enjoyed our State immensely, and we are booking the hotel again a year from now.
