FLC Luxury Resort Vĩnh Phúc is a very nice hotel with spacious rooms. The room had a big and comfortable bed with soft pillows. The room was clean. The bathroom offered a sufficient number of towels. The staff was friendly. We could order breakfast from the breakfast menu. We didn't find any hand soap in the bathroom. The door to the bathroom was squeaky (I don't understand why the cleaning crew doesn't report this to the maintenance crew so they could fix it). The water from the bathtub was draining very slowly - it was clogged. Overall the stay was pleasant, but there were some minor things they should fix so the stay would be perfect.

For a cheap style hotel located on the far outskirts of Hanoi it was surprisingly good. The rooms are large, air-conditioned and have two big double beds (hard matresses) and a small private bathroom (a bit run down but good hot water). Room even has a smart TV....but that's about it. Located in a very quiet street but very limited food options, especially after dark. We used it as a stop over from Cat Ba to SaPa which was ideal. Much better than the over populated and way too busy Hanoi Old Quarter.

Lit confortable, bonne pression dans la douche, propre, bien situé à distance de marche de presque tout. On recommande.

Staff were very friendly and the property is quite unique - nestled inside a national park. On the grounds there are ruins of old french vacation homes and other facilities from the 1930's, 40's and 50's which can be walked to and explored. Very unique experience and these particular sites are not available to those who are not guests at Melia. (There are some other historic sites on other parts of the mountain). It is a relaxing getaway as well!
