Lily went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She was incredibly attentive, answering all my questions with patience and providing helpful recommendations. Her attention to detail was remarkable, she remembered my name and preferences, which made me feel truly valued as a guest.What stood out most was her willingness to assist with a last-minute request I had. Her kindness and dedication truly made a difference in my stay.I cannot recommend Lily enough. The building was so beautiful, with the friendliest most helpful staff. Easy walk to many local businesses for dining. I would recommend Crowne Plaza Zhengzhou to anyone.

The services are very good, but the hotel's hardware facilities need to be improved. For example, the rain water easily flows to the side of the toilet, and the washbasin does not drain smoothly!
