I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Zhengzhou Airport and had an exceptional experience, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by the front desk agent, Lily. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, genuine smile and a level of professionalism that immediately put me at ease. Lily went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She was incredibly attentive, answering all my questions with patience and providing helpful recommendations. Her attention to detail was remarkable, she remembered my name and preferences, which made me feel truly valued as a guest.What stood out most was her willingness to assist with a last-minute request I had. Her kindness and dedication truly made a difference in my stay.I cannot recommend Lily enough. Overall ok but the room stayed hot all night even with the air conditioning on, shower leaked out into rest of bathroom and while the ac was running, it smelled like someone was smoking right beside the air intake. Breakfast was good, proximity to the airport was good but the actual stay experience of sleeping was not the best.
