The room was a luxe double room. looked very neglected,cold only 1 chair at the desk the bed was very uncomfortable and hard I kept feeling the buttons on the mattress. The bathroom needed a deep clean as did the room. I tried to complain but the reception was closed, there was an out of hours but I didn't have a pen to take the number down. I had the impression it'll for 1night they won't be here again. Wrong I will be coming to Boston every weeks for the next 12 to 18 months I decided after reading the reviews they obviously didn't stay in room .I will be coming to Boston every 2 weeks for the next 12 to 18 months but not there.😒

Terrible night sleep.

Mattresses gone. Terrible night sleep. I decided to book so to avoid a very early morning drive and ended up getting less sleep than had we stayed at home. Both mattresses knackered, dipping in the centre when clearly supposed to be firmer, one you could feel the springs through. Every side of my body I tried to sleep on ended up arching into the dip. Stayed here many times before.. had booked a premium room which ours wasn’t, at least as the last time. Since last time the mattresses have obviously had their day. Will not be staying again.

Really nice place, have a singer and bingo in clubhouse and although we didn't eat there as we only stayed to go to a party nearby, the food looked really good. There's crazy golf as well.

Arrived at hotel and check in was fine. Got into my room (3) discovered the bed had marks on the sheet. Went to speak to reception about moving rooms, I was told there was no spare rooms. Asked them to change the bed and was told I would need to change the bed and that some fresh bedding would be left in the room. Full place was a disgrace, front of house at reception didn’t seem to care. Checked out and no one asked how the stay was etc Bar staff were friendly
