Staff was super friendly and helpful. Areas are all clean, but rooms need a bit of an upgrade. The hall we stayed in was a little loud as it was near the lobby. Grocery store next door. Overall it was great for the price.

The first room I was given stunk of BO, requested a new room. The second room was okay. The whole hotel smells of mildew. The rooms are pool side, I was woken by screaming children as soon as the pool opened. The staff are lazy and dismissive. I asked to speak with manager upon my check out and the GSA said she had just stepped out. Unfortunately I did not have time to wait around to speak with manager, so I left. I would highly recommend booking elsewhere, especially if you are sensitive to mold.

I had 4 children with me, I would’ve liked to have had 2 connecting rooms as they knew I was with a partner and our 4 children. The two rooms we did have were on opposite sides of the hotel same floors but the other room were right beside people that were partying and smoking weed, you could smell it as soon as we walked up to our extra room. And there was no elevator, would’ve been nice if they told us as we were checking in.

Staff was great! It's just the other guests is too disturbing coz they are shouting and fighting at the hallway and keep banging the door as if they are the only guests there in the hotel. And you can hear your neighbors on the other rooms while they are chatting. And also there is an incident that someone vomits at the pool so they close it early.
