Stay elsewhere! Especially if mobility issues

Hotel was quite a distance from main hotel. Shuttle bus wasnt available as flight came in late so taxi was expensive. Gentlemen on checkin was rude and miserable, Not a greeting id expect no explanation of facilities, breakfast etc . Hotel is dirty, room was not clean, windows barely opened no /c just a small dirty fan in a matchbox with a HUGE TV. Chamber lady was miserable lady in morning on reception little better but just as miserable The atmosphere of the hit is awful. Id never stay there again id rather pay £30 extra and stay at Premier Inn

Amazing service and so easy to find

We stayed overnight before our holiday in the executive room which was definitely worth the extra and booked the 3 course meal which was fantastic. Booked to stay on the way back but couldn’t stay overnight so the manager let us have a room to have a sleep until we were ready to leave which was so lovely of her as we were driving back to Cornwall and had already been up 24 hours. Super easy to find and pool was amazing. Will definitely stay again thank you

My stay was not very good, I heard absolutely everything about the rooms I had on both sides and they do not specify that you have to make an extra payment for the use of the pool

Food was fine in the restaurant, the bed was not comfortable and the matress was very hard. The sofa bed looked more comfortable that our son slept on. We folded the sofa bed up as our son wanted to sit on the sofa, there was rubbish under the sofa. The gym is a little tired aswell. Staff were friendly and helpful. Theres no lift so if you have a heavy suitcase it will be fun lifting it up the staircase, the signage directing you to the rooms is also confusing.

Honestly dont know why people leave bad reviews, if you want a 5 star experience, put your hand in your pocket and pay the 200 quid a night at the hilton, instead of wanting to pay 50 quid and get luxury! The staff on check in were FANTASTIC! The restaurant does decent well priced food, the rooms are adequate, the shower in ours was great. There is a shuttle to the airport, however we booked an uber. Parked our car there for 2 weeks, great prices! Overall a great experience, also its the third time we have stopped her over the years

Good hotel close to the airport

We enjoyed staying here. The service was great, room was lovely and facilities were good. We used the pool and sauna and had a relaxing stay ahead of our holiday.
