Check in is a disaster. Trying to be modern with a self check in but either the machines don’t work or people find it confusing. Lack of staff apparent, particularly when we went for dinner. Young staff with no management, were in a panic as they couldn’t cope with the amount of guests. Effectively told they wouldn’t serve us at 7.45pm Venue is modern and comfortable. Rooms are fine. Bathrooms need attention. Doors showing signs of water ingress and lack of attention to cleaning. More staff and more management on duty would help.

Our go to Pickleball hotel

Modern hotel nice restaurant fantastic breakfast quiet and peaceful nice ambience the beds were great very comfortable but firm which suited me very clean will be coming again

Reception lacked the personal touch with self check in. Hotel staff were friendly. Rooms fit for purpose, although we had to ask for another towel as there was only one, and more tea and milk. There was also a greasy hand print on the wall and dirty finger marks on the cutains ! We were woken at 6am each morning to office doors banging. Not peaceful at all. Treatment in the spa was devine, however the spa didnt have a relaxing feel. Restuarant food was AMAZING, bar was relaxing when not in private use by conference guests. Surrounding area and attractions was poor to disapointing. You need to drive everywhere. We only stayed for 2 nights and this in all honesty was long enough. Had it not been for the amazing food in the restaurant we would probably have left early.

Great stay

Really lovely place, rooms were nice and spacious. Facilities were great, gym is a little outdated, but can still get a good workout in. Breakfast had many options. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful retreat in Loughborough

The staff made this experience incredible. We had lovely chats with the receptionists and restaurant staff. Breakfast was wonderful and the property and landscape was beautiful. We loved out stay.
