We thought the property was great, but the bed was horrible! There were divits and bumps and lumps. It was not comfortable at all. Then, around 1 am, the room upstairs must have come in, and they had people jumping, running, and banging into the walls. Needless to say, we did not sleep well on our passing through Wichita.

Hyatt Place at Wichita State University is a wonderful place to stay!!! Quiet and safe with paths to walk and outside seating. Staff is super friendly and helpful. We always stay here when we are in Wichita!!

Had an excellent stay at the Hyatt Place Wichita State University! I found the hotel to be clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. I particularly liked the complimentary breakfast, which adds significant value. My only feedback is that the breakfast quality could be elevated. Still, a very positive experience, and I would certainly recommend this hotel.

The property was very good and clean. We never had a chance to try the breakfast because we had to leave early mornings but I'm sure it was probably delicious. We selected it because of the proximity to the Witchita State University's campus. We would stay here again.
