The room was beautiful, clean, and cool upon my arrival. The staff was welcoming. The breakfast was well-stocked. Very quiet and pleasant stay!

The bathrooms are incredibly outdated and shower head was broken. It flooded our bathroom. Staff brought towels immediately to aide. 😊 Bathroom also was out of the complimentary body wash and other things. I would simply expect more of a courtyard.

We had such an issue with towels. Day 1, had to ask 4 times to get towels. Finally, by around 7pm, we got some. Next day, we only had to ask twice but same scenario. We had a clogged toilet as well on the first night.
