Staff, was friendly and polite. Room was clean but it was difficult to get the trash cleaned out throughout the stay and more towels. Pool was great our kids enjoyed it.

The entry light to our room was burned out, the desk lamp usb charger was broken, the nightstand lamp smelled like an electrical fire when we used the plug or usb, the alarm clock had the wrong time, there were two towels in a room that had three people in it, the toilet overflowed, the pool was once again closed.

I would say the room definitely could’ve been cleaner. Rooms definitely could be more updated. The elevator was broken the whole entire stay so that wasn’t great and then we did a load of laundry and then the dryer was miraculously broken when it wasn’t broken when I started my load of laundry. Luckily the staff was really nice and let us dry the laundry in the hotel laundry room. But it was definitely crappy to have all this things happen. Wasn’t bad for a quick stay.
