Great staff, clean room and tasty breakfast! What else is more important to a tired 68 year old travler?

Front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. You do hear some noise from the highway with the windows. The rooms are amazing and clean. We did have to ask the front desk for shampoo as one of the bottles in the shower was an extra body wash. The AC also worked very well.

Excellent service and facilities. The only thing lacking was body lotion!

Our room was fine. But my son reports he was bitten by bed bugs during the night, and had whelp bites all over his arms. He slept on the top covers and wouldn't sleep inside the sheets.

The breakfast was the best part of the stay. The pillows were TERRIBLE. They all went COMPLETELY FLAT when laying on them. Also, the rooms are tiny. There was no closet, just a rod to hang a couple of items. The hose for the toilet was rusted and gross. I'm pretty particular when it comes to hotels - not snobby, just particular - and I chose this one based on reviews. I was very disappointed. Not worth the money, and not deserving of a 9.2 exceptional rating. The front staff was very nice though.
