When you walk into Sunset Waters 12 you can see straight through to the blue waters of the Whitsunday Passage. The kitchen is open plan to the dining and to the lounge area followed lastly by your own outdoor deck with BBQ. Upstairs is the master bedroom that enjoys the same view and fresh sea breeze and second bedroom looks out to the complex pool that is currently under renovation, however you have many resoirt pools to enjoy. The master bedroom has a king bed and built in robe and the second bedroom has a king bed, single and trundle for the 6th person.

A washing machine and dryer for your convenience, all linen and both beach and bath towels are provided. Your own complimentary golf buggy is provided at no extra charge when staying at Sunset Waters 12 and you can enjoy the complex pool or enjoy most others you find across the island.

Have little children coming? A portacot, high chair and car seat is available for a small extra charge. Note all children under 4 years old must travel in a car seat when in the golf buggy.
