Got a complimentary room upgrade. Forgot my helmet and Tom at the front desk lent me one. Free shuttle to the gondola picks you up right outside the hotel. Great stay. Staff is friendly, professional and good humoured. Definitely will stay here again.

The Pinnacle staff were excellent. Check-in was smooth, and all the details were given in regards to parking, the food machines, ice etc. The only complaint i have is that the whirlpool bathtub was beside the bed? I looked forward to soaking in it after a big day of exploring. Imagine my surprise to see it in the open and not as a part of the bathroom. I had my kids with me, so unless i packed a bathing suit, i could not use the tub. It was very disappointing. It should be surrounded and enclosed by walls and as part of the bathroom. My other suggestion is to do some updates in the rooms. I had a petfriendly room, but for the money you pay to stay, it could really use an upgrade. Other than that, we were satisfied with our stay.

Pet friendly, Clean room and excellent location. Staff are nice but seems a lack of communication btw front desk and housekeeper. Even though the room is for 4 people, it is set for only 2 , and you have to ask extra robe, extra coffee…. One suggestion for improvement: get better bed matress, mine was old and VERY soft . I would back again

Room was clean. Nice distance away from all activities (can walk pretty much anywhere). Staff was very accommodating with us wanting to add a few extra days to the trip and let us extend with the same room!

Staff were nice. Its a decent budget friendly hotel with a few restaurants. Particularly attractive rates for one saturday we stayed vs elsewhere, but probably wouldn't return. Threatening to charge is dishwasher not loaded and ran is over the top, Particularly for guests just using a couple cups . Too far to walk in ski boots to be convenient and hate dealing with shuttles. Bed was small, albiet reasonabley comfortable

Great stay! The hotel is close to all attractions and the room is fully equipped with all your need to prepare your own meal if needed. The fireplace and the jacuzzi inside the room was a bonus. This is our second time coming to Whistler and choosing to stay at the Pinnacle.

Location of hotel was excellent! 5 mins walk to the village, restaurants and cafes. After a long drive decided to have dinner at the Hotel restaurant Quattro- Italian food after checkin and it was amazing followed by a soak in our room private hot tub. Definitely highly recommended we will be back for sure!

the room was really nice and clean. we had an excellent view of the mountain which was a bonus. staff was cordial and helpful with suggestions on things to do in whistler. Will definitely book again next time we are in Whistler.
