Loved our stay at the Pinnacle Hotel! Perfect location—right in the village, close to everything. The room was clean, cozy, and had great features like a fireplace, jetted tub, and kitchenette. The location was great, it was close to the village. The room was great, it was clean and bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. The service wasn't great, I didn't find guest services to be warm or friendly. I had an issue with the oven, i had to follow up several times before it was looked at. The room was great.

Friendly, welcoming staff. Accommodated early check-in. Room freshly clean. Location is great - within whistler village but without the foot traffic - quiet stay. Kitchen suite is nice to have, balcony is spacious, room is spacious with beautiful fireplace and an in-suite jacuzzi. Pool and hot tub also available onsite. Concession located in lobby. Overall, great stay!
