Outdoor Hot tub was broken or not filled with any water. Bathrooms by pool had no soap to wash your hands. Gym treadmill was broken. Robe in our bathroom that was hung up and we never used had makeup on it but not from us. Coffee cups had rings on the inside that we needed to wash before use. This hotel is very worn in hallways and one of the elevators was giving us issues coming from the parkade to our room floor. I would rate this hotel a 3 star at most, if even that. Definitely not worth the rate we paid.

I had stayed at this hotel before and was reasonably good. This time the reception was unfriendly, the facility poorly kept, you have to pay for parking in addition to your room (not cheap) if you watch TV for a while you get disconnected and requested to enter a code?? I guess you will have to pay for regular TV as well. We were all unsatisfied with the hotel and we will never stay there again

Overall stay was good however our bed had a couple blood stains on the sheets and when I used the jacuzzi there was body hair in the tub and we got a call from the lobby that the people below us were complaining of water dripping. We did not splash or spill so there must have been some type of leakage from the tub in the floors.

This hotel was the perfect place to stay in Whistler and was very affordable as well! Staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were being cleaned so we weren’t able to use it, but the hotel gave us compensation to reflect this. Parking does cost a daily rate - it is safe and easy to come and go as you please

I always love staying at the Pinnacle hotel, and enjoyed my stay once again! Only note is that, the fireplace wasn't working while we stayed there. I did not mention this to the staff until checkout, and they kindly informed me that they sometimes shut off the fireplaces around this time of the year. So, I will just ask about sooner next time! Cheers!

Anniversary getaway blues

Had high hopes seeing as we were going to celebrate our 11 yr anniversary. Upon arrival the underground parking that u pay 25$ a night for was very tight and always full we were not told ahead of time the size limitations of the underground parking thankfully my boyfriend is skilled and managed to squeeze in. One of the nights we had to park on the street due to lack of space for parking we already payed for. So pretty much you pre pay to play parking roulette.. when we got into our room there was someone eleses dirty clothing still left beind in the closet. When I went to use the shower which boasted a jetted tub and rainshower head. The water pressure was so POOR and tub did not drain that turning it all the way to hot it was luke warm...and to top it off me and my hubby went on our balcony to have a coffee and chat... closing the balcony door to keep the heat in and GETTING LOCKED ON THE BALCONY BY A FAULTY LOCK! Not thinking we needed our cells while drinking coffee and chatting. Were stuck there screaming like IDIOTS till someone heard us..overall NOT a great experience and will not return or recommend We are both chill people and never really leave reviews but this was an unforgettable. Dont recommend this hotel.
