Room was huge and bathroom big. The pillows were not brilliant however not end of world. Bathroom hose pipe was dirty but again not end of the world. Over all a cosy - friendly hotel with a comfy atmosphere - great staff and great breakfast choices.

The staff were absolutely charming and were what make this hotel a place we will definitely return to. The room was well equipped, the bathroom clean, the breakfast ample and the location excellent but the staff were what made the stay special - always friendly, happy to help and ready with a smile.

The staff in the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little tired and some of the facilities require updating. The shower in our room was cold, despite there being hot water at the sink. The location of the hotel is good with everything being within walking distance.

We chose to come back to Salisbury for our Emerald Wedding Anniversary. We had not stayed at the White Hart before and were were delighted with all the amenities comfort and friendly staff. As it was so central we left our car in the car park and walked to all the places we wanted to go.

"They're not PILLOWS!"

A lovely room for my needs. Comfortable bed. Hot shower....great air con. The eternal downer is...hotel pillows! Reliably rubbish.

Lovely hotel and we had a really nice room. Very impressed. However breakfast wasnt great. Not very hot. But it was quite busy so that probably was a factor. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good location . Close to the cathedral. Building is bit antique and would certaintly use some love and care. Rooms are also pretty crammed. Bed was comfortable. Pillows not. Shower was not very powerful and the rain head was as mild as the actual rain in terms of power. Breakfast was OK but lacked any flavor, so bit disappointing for the price. Window did not close properly in my room as the latch to close it was completely broken. Overall, an OK stay but certainly not a 4* one. Checkin was also very strict given the amount of free rooms apparently were available…
