Not good as you as hotels. Com never booked my room at the best western. I had to sit and wait for a hour in reception whilst hotel found me a room. Not happy when you have been working all day

Great staff and very clean room

Hotel was nice and clean but a little run down in some of the communal areas. Staff were lovely and helped us with any queeries we have. Room was nice and bed massive, although its 2 singles pushed together. Room was spotlessly clean. The big downside was how hot it was in the room and through the night. There was a fan provided and this did help a little, but the room could do with aircon. Also all the room doors could do with closers added to them as they are heavy and slam shut very loudly. This woke us up several times. Overall though, for the price we paid the hotel was acceptable and I would stay again. Shout out to the friendly reception staff. It makes all the difference.

The room deco was like a trip back to the 70,s. Water just trickled out of the shower. Peaces of wood patching up damaged furnishings. Milk for drinks in room was off i could not wait to get out the place and will never use best western again

Don’t waste your money!!

Avoid - Avoid - Avoid!! Disgusting customer service - Have no understanding of policy and claim different to what is stated on website , terms and conditions ect. Wouldn’t allow 18,17 year old to check in.. However following a request for a manager suddenly their decision changed and allowed this. Room was hot in addition to a non working bulb in the bathroom and sticky handprints. Avoid..
